About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to lead and develop our human resources (HR) functions. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and ensuring operational excellence in all People processes. This role is pivotal in supporting our colleagues throughout their journey. 

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Colleague Lifecycle Management:
    • Maintain accurate colleague  records (personal, compensation, benefits, performance).
    • Own the full colleague experience, from onboarding to off-boarding, optimizing People Operations processes.
  • HR Systems & Data Management:
    • Manage HRIS and other technology platforms to streamline processes.
    • Ensure data integrity, develop workflows, and implement automations for a data-driven team.
    • Utilize reporting and dashboards to track service delivery and effectiveness.
  • Policy & Compliance:
    • Develop and maintain People programs, the colleague handbook, and policies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
  • Benefits & Payroll:
    • Manage colleague  benefits, including provider selection and plan design.
    • Process timely payroll, manage taxes and deductions, ensuring compliance.
  • HR Operations Leadership:
    • Drive HR Operations functions, including policy development, total rewards, HRIS administration, data analysis, performance reporting, and colleague  experience.
    • Collaborate with the People team to deliver exceptional support and engagement.
    • Provide senior leadership with HR metrics and trend analysis.
    • Lead and execute HR projects and initiatives.
    • Manage onboarding and off-boarding, including pre-employment screening and exit interviews.
    • Administer workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for colleague  HR inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Operations and management experience within a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Proven experience with payroll processing, including Paylocity.
  • Experience managing colleague  benefits, including open enrollment, plan selection, and working with 401k brokers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in 401k and benefit compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically Paylocity's benefits, onboarding, and payroll modules.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results, establish trust, and navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder relationship management.
  • Ability to thrive in a culture of ownership, results, and innovation.
  • Comfortable transitioning between strategic and tactical roles.
  • Highly self-motivated and collaborative.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is between: $100,000 - $120,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
