Client Lead- FMCG

We are seeking an experienced Client Lead with a passion for media and the FMCG sector to join our client partnership team. Reporting to the Strategic Partner for FMCG, this role is designed to enhance our relationships with major FMCG brands and contribute to the continued growth of Clear Channel.

As a Client Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building Clear Channel’s reputation and revenue with top-tier FMCG brands. You will work closely with marketing, media, creative, and brand teams, both at advertisers and aligned agencies, to drive new opportunities and strategic partnerships.

In the first 6 months you’ll have..

  • Reviewed and refined the existing go-to-market (GTM) plan.
  • Designed and began implementing your “3 x C’s” strategy (Contact, Content, Channel).
  • Engaged with key external stakeholders, focusing primarily on advertisers.
  • Played a key role in delivering OOH workshops and Playground sessions.

Ongoing in your role…

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client-level contacts, media agencies, creative agencies, and OOH specialists.
  • Continue to grow your category and advertiser knowledge.
  • Produce high-quality category content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, positioning Clear Channel as a trusted media partner.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver major pitch responses and Playground sessions.
  • Partner with marketing to support the “3 x C’s” strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Champion OOH and Clear Channel within the industry.

About you…

  • Established relationships in media (client or media agency).
  • Proven track record of influencing media spends and unlocking new opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to look beyond the brief and see the bigger picture.
  • Experience delivering sales strategies and finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Commercially driven with a focus on results.
  • Experience in FMCG category sector is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • ·Passion for Media, Marketing, and Out of Home advertising.
