• Process electronic claims edits and resolve issues related to claims
• Review and manage No-Activity Work files and follow appropriate procedures
• Meet daily workload standards and performance measures

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of billing experience in healthcare business office functions
• Knowledge of Medicare billing practices and claims processing
• Familiarity with insurance products such as managed care and government programs
• Experience in a healthcare business office setting is preferred
