A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success - Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Claims team, ensuring efficient execution of claims policies and procedures
• Oversee compliance related to claims handling and adjust claims according to policies and regulations
• Develop programs to monitor performance and create structured development programs for claims agents and managers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a management role within claims
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Self-starter able to work independently
