Our training program will require hard work, telephone prospecting/ field cold calling, delivering proposals, and being mentored by senior level salespeople. Your role will involve:
· Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email and networking opportunities.
· Assist in developing and presenting sales proposals tailored to client needs.
· Collaborating with the sales team to manage accounts and follow up on leads.
· Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage customer relationships.
· Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:
· One year or more of outside sales experience
· New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
· Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM
