Citrix VDI Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Citrix VDI Administrator to provide technical support for the Citrix/XenApps server environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level-2 and level-3 technical support for Citrix/XenApps server environment
• Monitor VDI platform and ensure virtual sessions function correctly
• Address technical questions and participate in client meetings to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience with Citrix administration, including XenServer
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS)
• 5+ years of design and architecture experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Advanced knowledge of system testing tools and Citrix technologies
