We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Multifamily Operations to oversee the operational management of our multifamily properties. As a senior leader within our organization, you will ensure the efficiency and success of our multifamily real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic vision and operational success of our properties, driving financial performance, and leading a high-performing team to deliver top-tier results. This high-impact role requires a proven track record of multifamily operations, asset management, and leadership excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must reside in one of the following markets: Greater Los Angeles, CA - Seattle, WA - Denver, CO -Dallas, TX
Ability to travel by car and/or by air including overnight stays to markets within the Cirrus portfolio.
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with regular travel to properties. Fast-paced, high-demand periods will require extended hours. The role demands frequent communication via phone and email, and occasional property inspections.
Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 (Annually)
