[Job 21091] Senior Business Analyst, São Paulo/SP

Responsibilities

Information gathering and researching business needs to identify key business challenges and opportunities for products; 

Deliver precise technical and functional specifications on workflows, business rules, outstanding issues, data analysis and data mapping to product engineering team; 

Participate in cross-functional integration testing to validate solutions; 

Contributing to the analytical strategy and defining user requirements, facilitating product execution in tandem with partners/stakeholders; 

Uderstand, document and explain issues and requirements from both a technical and business point of view; 

Analyze and bridge functionality gaps, enhancements and other issues; 

Contribute to the identification of potential solutions through a user-centric approach, gathering and analyzing user market data, user intelligence, competitive information as well as internal capabilities and capacity; 

Work with cross-functional teams to implement software specifications and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;

Participate throughout the development release train in an agile environment that is striving for continuous integration/continuous release; 

Conduct gap analysis between application and stated costumer requirements and collaborate with design and developers to estimate project impact; 

Provide insight during complex product development projects; 

Ensure and validate deliverables against design specifications and business requeriments; 

Identify and implement process improvements across development teams. 


Experience and Qualifications

Availability for hybrid work 1-2 times a week in São Paulo/SP.

Intermediate to advanced English.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)

4+ years of experience working with software development projects in a business analyst capacity;

4+ years experience working in a software engineering or software development role; 

Collaborative attitude, fantastic communication skills and a results-driven mindset; 

Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships with team members;

Experience in managing business requirements processes, including documentation of technical and functional requirements and process flow creation; 

And inherent drive for building quality software - and an understanding of how to get ideas from the drawing board into code and into the hands of our users; 

Familiarity with analytics definition and reviewing the data to make business decisions; 

Proficiency in Agile Scrum and Devops methodologies with experience in facilitating collaboration between development, operations and business teams; 

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI or Azure Devops and ability to analyze and document their impact on business processes.
