Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Information Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute an IT strategy aligned with organizational growth, focusing on digital transformation and AI adoption
• Build partnerships across the business to deliver tailored IT solutions and maintain strong communication of IT performance
• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system performance and service delivery while managing IT budgets and team development

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including at least 5 years at the senior executive level
• Proven success in leading IT organizations, particularly within high-growth or cybersecurity-adjacent companies
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and experience in SaaS-based environments
• Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets and vendor portfolios
