Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies in line with growth goals and provide recommendations on capital structure and investments
• Oversee accounting functions and ensure compliance with GAAP for financial reporting
• Lead audit preparations and implement internal controls across all business lines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
• Minimum 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles, preferably across multiple industries
• Prior experience in real estate, financial services, and/or BPO preferred
• Demonstrated mastery of GAAP accounting and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms a plus
