The Sales representative ( minimum two years experience in sales , marketing , customer Services and similar tasks) is expected to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. In this role, you will identify client needs, present and promote our payment solutions, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
● Identify potential clients and generate leads through various methods like cold calling, networking, and online research.
● Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Sales & Presentations:
● Conduct sales pitches, product demos, and presentations tailored to client needs.
● Clearly articulate the value of Chapa’s payment solutions and how they address specific business pain points.
Relationship Management:
● Engaging with customers, both new and existing, to understand their needs and present solutions.
● Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues. Negotiation & Closing:
● Prepare proposals outlining our value propositions , negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
● Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Reporting & Feedback:
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales data.
● Gather feedback from clients to share with technical and customer support teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the digital payments ecosystem and emerging fintech trends.
2 years Experience working with B2B and B2C clients.
