Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Education Specialist to review provider documentation and provide feedback for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews documentation daily for Coding Production as assigned
• Provides weekly and monthly feedback on documentation trends
• Performs ongoing analysis of medical record documentation and supports focused areas of documentation needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent required
• At least four years of coding experience and two years of auditing experience
• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field preferred
