  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and creative partners to move ideas from concept to launch.
  • Support the growth of new public-facing sub-brands and initiatives under CAIS.
  • Coordinate media bookings and appearances, including scheduling, preparation, and post-event content.
  • Maintain social media calendars and content pipelinesTrack and report KPIs and content performance and audience engagement data.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and creative development for public campaigns.
  • Use project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and communication.

Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in content production, creative project management, marketing, or communications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to CAIS’s mission of reducing catastrophic AI risk and a genuine interest in public-facing AI safety work.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; you're at ease juggling multiple timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage projects across platforms—video, social, podcasts, etc.
  • Experience using Asana, Notion, Trello, or other project management tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Must be available to work full-time in-person at our downtown SF office.
  • Must be ready to start within 2 weeks or less.

Preferred Skillset:
  • Background in corporate, nonprofit, advocacy, media, or technology organizations.
