Cell Line Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cell Line Development Research Associate for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Culturing mammalian cells for viral production and performing experiments in the development and optimization of AAV producer cell lines
• Preparing process development protocols, data analysis summaries, and technical reports while maintaining an accurate laboratory notebook
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards and participating in project teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• B.S. with 3-6 years or M.S. with 2-5 years of relevant experience in the life sciences industry
• Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture production processes
• Experience with small scale and/or benchtop bioreactor scale cell culture
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and work on weekends or holidays as required
• Experience handling large volumes of cell culture materials
