CDI Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CDI Data Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate metrics and key indicators to monitor performance and trends in coding-related data
• Lead initiatives to improve awareness and understanding of coding data across clinical, quality, financial, and operational areas
• Serve as a resource for coding and CDI-related discussions, ensuring alignment of goals and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science, or a related field
• CCDS, CDIP, LPN, RHIA, RHIT, or RN certification required upon hire
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inpatient Coding or CDI roles
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with coding reporting and analytics tools preferred
