CBH Homes—the #1 Home Builder in Idaho—is looking for a Software Assistant to join our cutting edge Sales Tech Team. You’ll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our software systems to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient operations across the company.

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support our Sales Tech Team by responding to software-related requests and troubleshooting issues
  
• Manage and refine workflows inside our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform – Salesforce
  
• Assist in the implementation, testing, and rollout of new software tools and technologies
  
• Troubleshoot and evaluate user experience with emerging systems to ensure smooth adoption
  
• Link data between platforms to reduce duplicate work and maintain clean, accurate records across all systems
  
• Brainstorm, build, and implement AI-driven tools and automations that help us move faster and smarter
  
• Track requests, manage tasks, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and execution
