Chợ Tốt's Brand team is looking for a Video Content Creator Intern to help bring Nhà Tốt to life on social media. Your mission will be to highlight the real, inspiring stories of young audiences as they navigate the world of housing in Vietnam, particularly in the rental sector. If you’re excited about creating short-form videos that are both fun and meaningful, this is your chance to make an impact!

In this role, you’ll help shape how Gen Z views the idea of “home,” especially during the exciting, sometimes chaotic journey of finding their first place. Your content will entertain, educate, and inspire, making sure their struggles and triumphs are seen and heard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🎬 Video Ideation: Find the Stories That Matter

• Take full ownership of creating bold, trend-driven, and scroll-stopping video concepts that spotlight the energy, challenges, and wins of Vietnam’s young audiences, especially Gen Z renters.

• Craft compelling scripts and storyboards that go beyond simple entertainment, your content will be memorable, shareable, and tailored specifically for TikTok and other platforms. You’ll ensure it resonates deeply with Gen Z by staying fun, insightful, and highly relatable.

• Bring TikTok culture to life by creating videos that leverage humor, trends, and relatable Gen Z moments to keep your audience coming back for more.

• Collaborate closely with the Brand and Design teams to ensure your creative ideas align with our broader vision while pushing the boundaries of creative storytelling.

📹 Video Creation: Turn Ideas Into Reality

• Own the entire production process, from filming to editing, ensuring your videos are not only engaging but also generate measurable results (views, likes, shares, comments), helping to boost Nhà Tốt’s presence on social platforms like TikTok. You won’t just create videos, you’ll create stories that connect, inspire, and drive action.

• Step in front of the camera as the VJ when needed, adding a personal and authentic touch to your content, making it more relatable and engaging for our audience.

• Lead visually captivating shoots that stay true to the brand’s identity while showcasing your unique storytelling style.

• Continuously refine your content based on feedback and insights, optimizing engagement and elevating the quality of your work over time.

• Stay ahead of platform trends, keep your finger on the pulse of memes, formats, and cultural moments, and keep your content fresh, shareable, and impactful. Adapt your videos to ride the wave of trending content while staying true to our brand voice and audience.

• Creative Genius: Proven experience in creating engaging video content, especially for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Facebook. Show us your creativity, energy, and ability to produce viral content.

• Gen Z-First Mindset: You understand the world of young audiences - Gen Z, and their daily lives, challenges, and aspirations, what makes this audience laugh, cry, and click “share.” You live and breathe youth culture. Bonus points if you're passionate about creating content that speaks to this audience and reflects their experiences.

• Editing Skills: You know your way around editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or TikTok’s native editor, and have a good eye for pacing, framing, and visual flow.

• Relatable & On-Camera: You’re comfortable stepping in front of the camera when needed, bringing an authentic and relatable energy to your content.

• Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take the initiative to bring your ideas to life. You are proactive in driving the creative process, from concept to final video.
