Senior Fullstack Engineer (with Backend focus) (f/m/x) - Customer Success Team

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with Backend focus to join our Customer Success engineering team working from Brazil. We are looking for strong candidates that have had experience in building solutions end to end.

This role is for some already based in Brazil only.

Your tasks:

• You will work closely with our product team as part of a tight collaboration, where we focus on outcomes, not output.
• Be an active contributor to our personal growth culture by mentoring and supporting others, particularly junior engineers.
• Volunteer as a technical driver for product and tech topics, bringing to the team your expertise and experience in solving real world problems.
• Moderate team sessions, guiding and supporting your team members as you tackle technical and process challenges together
• Take an active role in the team’s continuous improvement as a self-organising, high-performing unit.
• Bring your influence to the wider engineering organisation with involvement in cross-domain initiatives and Guild sessions.

Your profile:

• You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering roles.
• You have a hands-on mentality towards not only technical, but also organizational challenges, with a willingness to take the lead, challenge the status quo and make decisions.
• You are a native speaker in TypeScript and familiar with technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, Angular.js and PostgreSQL.
• You have an extensive experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven and microservices architecture.
• You have practical experience with agile development frameworks like Scrum and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• You have excellent English communication and relationship building skills.

Nice to have:

• Conversational German skills 
• Experience in the automotive industry
