Cardiac Device Specialist - job 1 of 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cardiac Device Specialist who will work remotely on a full-time basis from Sunday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and diagnostic reviews through remote monitoring of cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs)
• Identify abnormal functions in pacemakers and defibrillators, recommending corrective strategies
• Document and communicate findings regarding CIED function and diagnostics to the clinical team and providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or associate degree desired
• Experience in nursing, medicine, electronics, or engineering
• Completion of a cardiac device rhythm management course or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of recent cardiac device management experience
• Experience with diagnostics from major manufacturers (Medtronic, Abbott/St. Jude, Boston Scientific, Biotronik)
