About the Job: 

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will design and implement learning solutions that help our clients successfully navigate complex digital transformations, including new product rollouts, the integration of Generative AI tools, process optimization, and more. As a part of our larger Strategic Transformation team, you’ll focus on the people-side of change and work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges, develop engaging training programs, and ensure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to adopt to new technologies and ways of working.  

You come to this role with a strong background in learning and development with expertise in designing and delivering meaningful, engaging, and outcome-driven learning solutions that support employees throughout their change experiences by leveraging tested design theories, including but not limited to ADDIE, Agile, ADKAR, etc. You have experience developing curated learning pathways and associated collateral for adult learners across generations, geographies, technology literacy levels, and disciplines through various mediums to ensure retention and sustainability of content. You have a track record of strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and project management skills, as well as the ability to align learning strategies with business goals to drive successful adoption of new technologies, products, and processes. Most importantly, you will have a collaborative approach to problem solving and enjoy sharing newfound insights with others.  

 

What You'll Get to Do: 

  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business goals and integrated into holistic transformation programs  
  • Design and deliver learning solutions that support our clients’ employees through digital transformations, including new product rollouts, AI tool integration, and process optimization  
  • Develop engaging training programs using a mix of instructor-led sessions, eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning approaches 
  • Assess learning needs by collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and change adoption challenges  
  • Provide instructional design and adult learning theory insight to internal and external partners 
  • Create learning materials such as job aids, interactive courses, toolkits, and workshops to support knowledge retention and application, working with subject matter experts to inform build as needed  
  • Leverage learning technologies, including LMS and LXP platforms, AI-driven learning tools, and analytics to enhance training effectiveness and accessibility  
  • Facilitate engaging training and discovery sessions, both in-person and virtual, ensuring participants understand and apply new concepts effectively 
  • Measure and analyze learning effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and drive measurable business impact  
  • Act as a change agent, supporting employees in adapting to new ways of working and ensuring learning solutions align with broader change management strategies  
  • Maintain currency in the field of workplace learning: industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies  

 

What You'll Bring with You: 

  • Experience in designing and developing learning solutions (e.g., instructor-led training, eLearning, blended learning, etc.) and associated strong communication and facilitation skills to deliver to diverse audiences across generations, geographies, technology literacy levels, and disciplines 
  • A demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles, problem-solving frameworks, current talent trends, and technology while understanding that there's no "cookie cutter" approach to learner experience 
  • Knowledge of learning technologies (LMS, LXP, content authoring tools, AI-driven learning solutions, etc.) and traditional approaches to learning to create engaging, outcome-driven training programs  
  • Ability to partner with internal and client stakeholders to understand business goals and assess learning needs to align measurable learning objectives and outcomes to organizational strategy 
  • A collaborative approach to create innovative solutions with colleagues at all levels as well as a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to autonomously deliver results  
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt learning programs to meet evolving business needs; experience working in Agile or dynamic environments a plus 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit showing ownership for new ideas in a variety of business challenges 
  • Intellectual curiosity with an intrinsic motivation for continuous growth and development, both for yourself and others 
  • Financial services experience, Design thinking familiarity, a plus
