Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hello, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a campus in Austin, Texas which is now home to our US operations. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Foster a Thriving Advocate Community: Build and maintain a dynamic community of Enterprise advocates who champion Canva’s value and mission.
  • Showcase Customer Success: Elevate advocates’ achievements through compelling case studies, impactful webinars, industry events, and authentic storytelling across platforms.
  • Empower Advocates to Lead: Equip advocates with exclusive tools, workshops, and curated resources to enhance their expertise and strengthen their influence within their organizations and industries.
  • Design Initiatives for Growth: Develop tailored programs and industry-specific resources that amplify advocates’ contributions and align with Canva’s strategic goals.
  • Create Meaningful Connections: Cultivate collaboration and innovation within the advocate community by planning and hosting exclusive programming, including roundtables, webinars, and events that foster relationships and shared success stories.
  • Accelerate Business Impact: Partner with Sales and Success teams to connect advocates with key prospects, building trust, driving Enterprise adoption, and unlocking revenue opportunities.

You're probably a match if

  • You have 7+ years of experience developing Enterprise communities, with a strong track record of leading impactful advocacy initiatives, ideally within B2B organizations.
  • You possess expertise in crafting compelling customer stories, including case studies, webinars, and user-generated content.
  • You have strong skills in event planning and public speaking, with experience hosting successful workshops or webinars.
  • You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and product development.
  • You have an analytical mindset and are confident using data to refine strategies and demonstrate measurable impact.
  • You’re passionate about empowering communities and highlighting customer success stories.

About the team

As Canva’s Enterprise Advocacy Manager, you will lead the launch of our first Enterprise Customer Advocacy Program. This initiative will elevate Enterprise customers as champions of Canva’s value, inspiring others with their success and contributing to Canva’s growth as a trusted partner for businesses worldwide.

We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills and passion, as well as how you can enhance Canva and our culture. When you apply, please tell us the pronouns you use and any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
