Job Summary

A company is looking for a President/M.D. to lead a newly formed Professional Corporation delivering therapy and mental health services to California schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as President and legal owner of the California-based Professional Corporation
• Partner with the company during the formation, state registration, and NPA certification process
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight and support to ensure quality and compliance with California regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active California Licensed Physician (MD) with experience in behavioral or developmental health
• Resident of California
• Demonstrated ability to provide clinical oversight
• Strong interest in expanding access to therapy services in schools
• Previous leadership, compliance, or supervisory experience is a plus
