California Licensed Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Compliance to oversee and evolve its Healthcare Compliance Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and oversee the Compliance Program, including drafting policies and delivering training
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including transparency reporting and transfers of value
• Lead the Corporate Compliance Committee and serve as the primary compliance advisor to cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction preferred
• 10-12 years of relevant compliance experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and global healthcare compliance regulations
• Experience with FMV assessments, Transfer of Value reporting, and industry compliance best practices
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
