Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Integrated Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Hospital Case Management (HCM) and Ambulatory Case Management (ACM) programs
• Provide direct supervision and leadership to HCM and ACM staff, promoting staff development
• Ensure compliance with NCQA standards and manage operational policies for HCM and ACM programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
• California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
• 2 years of management or program experience (preferred)
• Other relevant QM/UM/CM certification preferred
