On-site position at the Joplin, MO finance office.  Extensive training provided!

Rewards for Customer Service/Collections Representative:  

• $17.00 - $20.00 per hour + monthly bonus up to $2,200.00

Responsibilities for Customer Service/Collections Representative:  

• Collections account management
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend training classes & meetings 
• Assist with credit origination

Hours for Customer Service/Collections Responsibilities:  

• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
• One weekend off a month (Sat or Mon)
• Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
• 40-45 hours per week
• Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week
• 2-3 nights per week until 7

Requirements for Customer Service/Collections Representative:  

• Customer service, collections, or customer retention experience
• Able to work onsite & the hours listed
• Able to pass a background check
• Good computer/keyboard skills
• Good customer service skills
