Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems (Facets) Configuration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support Facets software configuration
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and implement required business functions
• Provide status updates and assist with projects as directed by management

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience with business systems or in healthcare, with knowledge of claims processing and billing
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
• Ability to run basic queries and reports
• Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs
