Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their Business Systems team within the Revenue Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Salesforce instance, ensuring data integrity and user support
• Optimize and maintain the sales technology stack to support GTM strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements that drive sales productivity

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales systems, sales operations, or business operations roles, preferably in SaaS companies
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator, including user management and reporting
• Experience using data and systems for business insights; familiarity with CRM administration and data visualization tools
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with process documentation
• Intermediate SQL skills and experience with system integrations or automation tools
