Business Process Lead - job 1 of 2

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Lead to join a leader in the consumer goods manufacturing industry for a full-time, hybrid 6 month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership during the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle
• Lead workshops, testing, and change management activities to drive end-user readiness and adoption
• Oversee the review and validation of functional specifications and manage system defect resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business process design and SAP implementations, particularly S/4HANA Source-to-Pay processes
• Strong understanding of business processes within the CPG or Tobacco industry
• Skilled in reviewing and approving technical documentation, including RICEFW specs and configuration settings
• Demonstrated ability to manage change requests and defect resolutions during testing and deployment phases
