Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Architect, Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate data sources into a unified system and identify data gaps
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize CX metrics and develop trend reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in BI, analytics, or data engineering, preferably in SaaS/service operations
• Expertise in dashboarding, ETL, API integrations, and advanced SQL
• Experience with scripting for automation, preferably in Python
• Familiarity with client-health modeling and churn drivers
• Experience in the K-12 education technology space is preferred but not required
