Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst II to produce operational, financial, effectiveness, and market intelligence data.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate analysis plans and develop research guides to capture necessary data for actionable analysis
• Collect and validate research data from various internal and external sources
• Conduct analysis using statistical techniques and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of business intelligence experience
• Full competency in SQL and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Snowflake and SAS platforms for data analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to design research plans and deliver actionable insights
• Skilled in BI tools and dashboard development to support strategic decision-making
