A company is looking for a Business Development Analyst (Reporting Analytics) to support strategic teams in creating data insights through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards for business and client use
• Analyze findings to report on engagement, portfolio, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related technical field
• Experience supporting data and/or reporting initiatives within a business context
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Experience in the Financial Services industry
• Familiarity with data technologies and reporting tools
