Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT project workstreams to align solutions with client business priorities
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaison between technical and non-technical teams
• Delegate tasks and mentor project team members to enhance business processes

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements translator
• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare (preferred)
• Proven ability to re-engineer business processes
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
