Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between users, developers, and project stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering collaboration and growth
• Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proven ability to manage projects and present to executive-level stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
• Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Trello)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred but not required
