Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Acquisition Manager to expand its dealer network and drive growth across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to represent and sell the company's core offerings
• Collaborate with sales to support dealer launches and ensure success within the first 90 days
• Achieve sales goals and maintain accurate sales forecasts while managing CRM activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in business-acquisition management (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business (preferred)
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
• Proven initiative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Adept at forming and sustaining effective team relationships
