From a 7m2 flat with just one printer in 2015 to a global powerhouse with 2.5+ million customers, 8+ million products sold, and revenue of over 80 million in 2024—BURGA is not your average brand. We're on a mission to turn ordinary into extraordinary by transforming everyday items into style statement accessories. To keep up with our growth, we’re building a 10-million-euro manufacturing facility in Kaunas, set to produce 40,000 items daily. Your Role: Ads Graphic Design Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our growth engine—crafting scroll-stopping visuals that turn heads, drive clicks, and convert. From Facebook to Instagram and beyond, your designs will not only reflect BURGA’s bold aesthetic but elevate it. You’ll guide and mentor a passionate team of designers, ensuring every creative aligns with our brand vision and performs at its peak.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work closely with growth marketing team on main BURGA launches and ad campaigns from concept through completion

- Design and develop exciting and high quality new visuals, generate new ad ideas

- Deliver creative visual assets, static and motion design for performance marketing ads on various ad platforms

- Help shape and improve BURGA social media ads

- Contribute to our design processes and improve scalability

- Ensure brand consistency across all channels

- Manage a team of in-house graphic designers

- Learn everything about designing ads for e-commerce brand

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with focus on social media ads

- At least 2 years of experience in manager role

- A refined taste with expert typography skills

- Knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development

- A strong awareness of current trends in social media, fashion, lifestyle, and graphic design

- Excellent skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After effects is a plus

- A burning passion for learning new things

- Fluency in English

SALARY: 4000-4500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
