About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional technical expertise, leadership potential, and a deep understanding of both digital and print standards, particularly for the Australian market. You’ll be the go-to for all things design, leading from the front with bold ideas and refined execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Design Function: Take the reins on creative direction, from concept through to final artwork, ensuring all deliverables align with brand tone and marketing objectives.
• Print & Production Mastery: Design assets for print campaigns (flyers, signage, merchandise, packaging, brochures) that meet Australian print standards and specifications.
• Digital-First Thinking: Develop high-converting social media graphics, digital ads, eBooks, branding assets, and more—optimised for web and performance.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools to enhance and streamline your design workflow, ensuring fast turnarounds without compromising quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to turn briefs into beautiful, effective visuals.
• Project Oversight: Guide junior designers (as the team grows), manage design pipelines via Trello, and stay on top of timelines and priorities.

• 5+ years of design experience across agency or fast-paced studio environments.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Deep knowledge of Australian print production standards—you know your bleeds, CMYK conversions, dielines, and paper stocks.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Trello for communication and project tracking.
• Able to self-manage and deliver under tight deadlines while keeping quality high.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual storytelling instincts.

Nice to Have

• Access to your own Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
• Familiarity with tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, or Adobe Firefly for design innovation.
• Basic motion design or animation capability.
• Experience designing for sectors like eCommerce, hospitality, gaming, or lifestyle brands.
