About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Manager ready to own our brand presence and drive strategy across our digital channels. If you're a growth-minded, experienced marketer who thrives in creative chaos and brings clarity to vision, this one’s for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll lead the strategic direction and execution of our marketing across both Loveridge Digital and Stratton Studios. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute content and campaign strategies aligned with business goals across social media, email, web, and digital platforms.
• Channel Management: Own and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, and emerging platforms.
• Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive leads and brand awareness.
• Content Direction: Oversee the planning and rollout of engaging content—working with our internal creative teams and editors to bring concepts to life.
• Team Collaboration: Guide junior marketers, creatives, and copywriters. Ensure alignment between departments and projects.
• Client Support (Occasional): Contribute marketing leadership to major client campaigns as needed—especially where strategic input is key.
• Brand Development: Build the public-facing voice and consistency for our two brands, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, report performance trends, and drive improvements based on data.

• You’re a senior-level marketing professional with at least 5+ years in digital marketing roles.
• You’ve built and executed content and campaign strategies that drove results—and you can show us how.
• You’re comfortable leading cross-functional teams and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
• You bring exceptional knowledge of Google platforms (Ads, Analytics, Search Console) and CRM tools like HubSpot.
• You’re a pro at prioritising in a fast-moving environment.
• You bring strong creative judgment—balancing audience insights with brand flair.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in agency, creative studios, or gaming/tech marketing.
