Brocket Hall Holding Limited is on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team. Due to the strong performance of the team we are looking to recruit two new Sales and Marketing Coordinators to join our strong sales and marketing team.
The role is a 32 hour per week role including on site, remote and working from home flexibility with very attractive monthly commissions with an OTE package of £32,000 per year (£19.23per hour). We provide some of the best ongoing training and access to advance software programs within the golf, leisure and hospitality industry.
This role involves supporting the sales and marketing initiatives of our prestigious estate, which is known for its exceptional hospitality and event offerings. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, engaging with potential clients, and developing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
You will be responsible for executing various marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in the preparation of sales materials. If you have a creative flair, strong organizational skills, and a background in sales or marketing, we would love to see how you can contribute to the success of Brocket Hall.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media and website updates.
- Create and post required social media content on the Brocket Hall official platforms.
- Be a proactive member of the Sales and Marketing team working effectively towards achieving your individual and the overall teams sales targets.
- Maintain a well organised pipeline staying on top of assigned tasks and a timely and professional manager.
- Achieve your monthly Key performance indicators for both sales and marketing.
- Ensure all company systems are used and maintained to a satisfactory level.
- Coordinate and conduct client appointments, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain and update the marketing database, ensuring accurate records of leads, clients, and marketing activities.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website updates, and social media posts.
- Work with the events team to promote upcoming events and drive attendance through targeted marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyse the success of marketing campaigns, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist with market research to identify new opportunities and trends that can enhance our services and offerings.
- Support the sales team during events and exhibitions, representing Brocket Hall and engaging with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
- Ability to work fairly within a seven day a week rota with regular weekend shifts as per the needs of the business.
