Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Operations Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and verify Knock Bridge Loan advance amounts and condition loan files
• Manage and process a daily pipeline of loans while ensuring compliance and timely communication
• Review title reports and insurance documents to secure Knock's lien position

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter
• Strong knowledge of underwriting processes, lending systems, and various loan products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic remote work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
