Job Summary

A company is looking for a BPO Partnerships & Operations Specialist to manage and optimize their global Partner Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and monitors scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
  • Negotiates and prepares contracts while considering financial conditions and contractual requirements
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, providing solutions to program problems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, vendor management, or operations BPO roles
  • Proven ability to define, develop, and implement complex operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting assessments and deriving actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a temporary engagement
  • Experience in developing new business and expanding product lines
