Bounteous is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our growing design practice. Bounteous offers a director path for high-potential leaders who wish to develop and grow their leadership expertise. This path focuses on enabling and empowering the internal Bounteous competency and practice teams to deliver top-tier, transformative digital experiences that add significant value to our clients, while also inspiring and developing the practice through oversight, mentorship, coaching, operations and relationship management.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced and multidisciplinary Associate Creative Director whose leadership aspirations include shaping the XD practice along with honing the craft, influencing the culture, and fueling the innovation behind the creation of impactful, meaningful experiences. A naturally engaging storyteller, your vision influences, inspires and motivates teams, clients, and other cross-disciplinary leaders to exceed expectations in amazingly relevant ways. You’ll be a key partner in our Experience Design leadership, helping shape the future of our growing XD practice and make long-lasting change for our clients and within Bounteous.
The Experience Design Team at Bounteous is a multidisciplinary collaboration of humans who create meaningful experiences people love and clients value, with expertise in product, campaign, and brand design.
