The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partnership Program Manager to lead and optimize the onboarding process for new partners. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring smooth transitions from contract signature to technical integration go-live. You will collaborate cross-functionally to establish scope, streamline processes, mitigate risks, and monitor program progress, driving efficient onboarding and long-term partner success. 

How you will contribute:

  • Partner Onboarding: 
    • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including coordination of multiple tracks such as Legal, Marketing & Sales, Technical Integrations, and Operational workflows.
    • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding to ensure clear communication and seamless partner experience. 
  • Program Scope Management: 
    • Collaborate with Product and Operational teams to define the scope of partner programs and ensure delivery within allocated timelines and budgets.
    • Track deliverables and manage milestones to align with partner objectives. 
  • Process Optimization: 
    • Develop and implement repeatable, scalable onboarding plans and processes to enable faster partner integration and ramp-up.
    • Identify inefficiencies and continuously refine workflows for improved effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: 
    • Proactively identify potential risks in the onboarding process and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Implement safeguards to minimize disruptions and ensure consistent onboarding experiences.
  • Monitoring Program Progress: 
    • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor partner progress, key metrics, and revenue generation.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on onboarding performance and outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, program management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software (e.g.,  Jira, Microsoft, etc.).
