Main objective of the job:     

You will take over a global team lead position for a fast-growing corporate start-up: https://boschlegendslab.com/en. LegendsLab gives customers access to over 4 Mio. experts and is making finding and contracting freelancers and microcopanies a blizz. Our fast growing team consists of 20 ambitions colleagues in three locations: Germany, Romania and the Philippines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity;
• Optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness;
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract top talent, partners, and customers.
• Present our services to internal and external customers;
• Drive sales initiatives to position Bosch LegendsLab as the premier platform for innovative R&D projects;
• Coordinate scouting activities for customer projects;
• Conduct compliance checks to maintain high standards of operation;
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally;
• Lead and manage a high-performance team with members located in Romania, Germany, and the Philippines, overseeing approximately 8 direct reports;
• Embrace a mid-level management role that involves hands-on tasks and strategic decision-making;

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, operations, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of driving initiatives and achieving results.
• First leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and adapt to changing environment.
• Fluent English.

Preferable:

• Good knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience in creating compelling marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
