The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description

► You'll understand processes and business requirements, making them transparent and digitalize them to support and improve the overall performance of the Product Area 
► Data Pipeline Development: You'll design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data flows using Azure cloud and hybrid solutions to meet product management needs.
► Data Integration: You'll perform ETL processes and integrate data from various sources to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
► Digital Transformation: You'll support digitalization in product portfolio management by developing data-driven solutions tailored to customer requirements.
► Data Analysis:  You'll analyze large datasets using Databricks or Azure Synapse to generate actionable insights.
► Dashboard Creation: You'll create interactive dashboards in Power BI to support informed decision-making.
► Collaboration: You'll work with international teams to deliver solutions

Qualifications

Who you are? 
► You have Bachelor's degree 
► You'll minimum 3 years of experience in data management and cloud technology
► You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
► You have prior experience in administering technical databases is a plus
► You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in diverse, international teams.
► You have ability to simplify complex data concepts for varied stakeholders.
► You are team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving

You would be a perfect match to our team if: 
► You are familiar with Azure cloud technologies, including building data pipelines and data flow management.
► You have proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
► You have experience with Python for data manipulation and scripting.
► You have knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
► You are familiar with Databricks or Azure Synapse for advanced data analytics. 
► You have experience with KNIME Analytics Platform is an added advantage.
► You have background in the automotive sector is desirable.
