We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing social media strategies that engage a diverse and global audience. You will manage content calendars, create compelling copy, track performance metrics, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Your role will involve engaging with players, brands, and influencers while ensuring that social media efforts align with business objectives. This position requires a creative, data-driven individual who is passionate about gaming and understands the nuances of audience engagement in the digital space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the overarching brand and audience insights.
• Manage and grow owned social media channels, including scheduling, content creation, and engagement.
• Define channel priorities, set goals, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Community Management, Marketing, PR, and Game teams, to develop campaigns.
• Create, implement, and manage social media campaigns for key initiatives.
• Engage with players, brands, and influencers across various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Conduct social listening and community engagement to foster audience interaction.
• Identify and curate user-generated content (UGC) and potential influencer partnerships.
• Provide strategic recommendations for creative asset development for social platforms.
• Assist with light moderation duties as needed to ensure a positive community experience.
• Maintain content calendars, draft copy, and ensure consistent messaging and tone.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and execution.
• Experience managing high-volume social media channels for major video game publishers or gaming-related organizations.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different tones and voices.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and analytics tools (Sprinklr and native social media analytics preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in social media data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and influence without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience with Minecraft or a strong familiarity with the game and its community.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $118,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
