Sales Development Representative

We enable large organisations to deliver better software, faster and at a lower cost. Founded in 2006, BlueOptima is a profitable, high-growth independent software company. Our unique technology was initially devised in seminal research carried out at Cambridge University.

We enable Fortune 500 companies to deliver better software, faster and at lower cost, we do this by giving senior IT leadership objective and transparent insights into their Software Development teams through a unique benchmarking technology.

We are a global company with no external investment. We currently are located in 4 countries: the United Kingdom (our HQ), Mexico, India and the USA, with 110+ employees from 24 different nationalities.

Salary : Base: £30,000, OTE: £42,000 (uncapped commission)

Sales Development Representatives are a fundamental part of our wider Sales Team. These individuals drive success by conducting the initial contact with Senior Stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies, understanding their pain points and needs, delivering real value, and creating opportunities to feed our sales pipeline.

At BlueOptima we believe in growth and development, therefore we provide clear Sales Career pathways to all new joiners. Once SDRs are fully ramped they can immediately begin developing end-to-end enterprise sales skills (deal progression, stakeholder management, etc…)
