Your Mission
We are looking for a Training & Knowledge Operations Intern to join our Knowledge Team in the Customer Support department. The Knowledge team takes care of training our in-house and outsourcing Customer Support Teams aiming to provide assistance to our community and contributes to the great experience of our users in 21 countries traveling by Carpooling and Bus. Additionally, our team is responsible for our central Knowledge Base and builds the bridge between the Customer Support team and other teams of the company. You will be reporting to Knowledge Manager, Elisa.
Your Responsibilities- Create new engaging and effective learning courses in our Learning Management System tool (Sana) to support the onboarding and continuous training of our Customer Support agents
- Maintain and enhance existing training materials by implementing updates and improvements to ensure high-quality learning experiences
- Contribute to the maintenance of our Knowledge Base by updating existent content and enrich it by creating clear, actionable and engaging content tailored for Customer Support agents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement efforts
Your Qualifications- Nice to have - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and experience in creating training resources and materials
- You have excellent communication skills in English- written & spoken
- You are able to bring creativity and innovation to training and knowledge management resources
- You are able to work independently and function as part of an international team
- You are a quick-learner and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to have - A prior experience using the service as a driver and/or a passenger.
