About the Role

This role is an important element of the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects. It is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business area within BJSS.

  • Delivery and ownership of high-quality business and software solutions, using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities, particularly Field Service App
  • Ensuring that the Power Platform solutions meet clients’ requirements
  • Strong contribution to the wider Dynamics practice, defining training needs within the team and coaching/mentoring other team members

Overall, you will be ambitious, enthusiastic, and looking to help grow the Dynamics 365 team within BJSS.

We are looking for someone with strong experience as a CRM consultant with large-scale complex implementation, extensive knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365.

  • Understanding of Azure and cloud technologies, Field Service App and Power BI
  • Deeper understanding of the Microsoft stack to create solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Office 365) and working in Agile environments
  • Able to translate business and customer needs into a great digital customer experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of SDLC, Development Management, Data Migrations, Business Process Mapping, Modelling and Documentation
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of writing apps in Dynamics CE, CRM and Field Service
