Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Posting Resolution Provider responsible for coordinating business office activities related to patient billing and collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implement controls for billing, collections, and follow-up on third-party approvals
• Assist in managing employees, including coaching and training, while ensuring compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hospital billing experience
• Experience with All Payers and familiarity with Thrive and RCM operating systems
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience in filing claim appeals for maximum reimbursement preferred
