Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly organised Senior Marketing Executive to support our marketing team from operation, analytic to project management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role especially in client acquisition. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytic, and possesses strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development 
• You will launch, manage integrated marketing campaigns across customer & partner
• You will be optimizing marketing funnel, drive strategic initiatives focused on conversion 
• You will analyse campaign data, drive personalized initiatives in email, in-app & push 
• Stakeholder engagement 
• You will collaborate cross functional with Design, Content, Data to deliver new personalized customer & partner journey 
• You will work with performance team to drive acquisition initiatives
• You will work closely with sales team and provide support to their efforts 
• Performance metrics 
• You will monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to achieve team goals 
• Project Management
• You will be involved in projects to activate our new customer such as promotion, educational & journey enhancement 
• You will manage partner program website, to gain organic traffic 

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing or digital marketing role. Experience with consumer subscription products is encouraged to apply.  
• Strategic and creative thinker, you care about our customer & partners journey experience  
• Experience with attribution and customer segmentation 
• Knowledge in digital acquisition, retail marketing & affiliate marketing 
• Passion for data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results  
• Comfortable to speak with different stakeholders both internal and external 
• Self-motivated and open in learning new skills
